Laakhvinder is a fully qualified Certified Business Coach, CBC™ (Worldwide Association of Business Coaches) since 2012 and an ACC (International Coaching Federation) with more than 2400 coaching hours. She provides an Executive Coaching programme (accredited by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches™) for individuals who want to be Business Coaches.
Laakhvinder is also a Facilitator, Psychotherapist and Mediator and has worked with a broad range of clients across several industries since 1997. Over the past 25 years, she has accumulated a wealth of experience training a diverse mix of organizations in locations such as North Africa, North America, China, India, Malaysia, and Singapore to accelerate and improve individual and team performance. Her deep knowledge of behavioural sciences allows her to assist leaders in shaping and building internal capability in the organizations they lead. She can quickly create a safe space and rapport to enable her clients to self-reflect and work in depth. Laakhvinder blends directness and empathy, allowing her to challenge her clients’ thinking and hold them accountable. She is also a passionate facilitator, committed to ensuring every participant leaves her sessions fully equipped to excel in their roles and unlock their own potential at any stage of their career. She works in partnership with clients and her key objective is to help them first overcome mindsets and behaviours that may be getting in the way of their performance and enjoyment of their life.

Darius Chang is an accomplished product marketing leader with over 15 years of experience spanning technology and fintech and sectors. He has led successful go-to-market strategies and product launches across B2B and B2C segments throughout Asia Pacific, consistently driving business growth and market expansion.
As a product marketing expert, Darius has guided multiple Fortune 500 companies including Dell, HP, and Zebra Technologies in their product launch strategies and market positioning. His expertise spans from enterprise IT infrastructure to consumer technology, demonstrating versatility in translating complex technical features into compelling customer benefits. At Thunes, he played a pivotal role in developing pricing strategies and market offerings that positioned the company as an industry leader in the fintech space. He began his journey as a certified business coach in 2024 through the Singapore Management University and Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. As a coach and consultant, Darius draws on his extensive experience in product marketing and digital transformation to help startups and small businesses leverage cutting-edge marketing automation and AI tools for accelerated growth. About Clarence
Clarence is a 33-year veteran in the medical device industry leading many successful commercial teams including sales, marketing and training functions. In his final role in a corporate MNC, he managed the Training and Education function for the entire Asia Pacific region. Throughout his career, Clarence has led teams from as small as 2 to as large as 250. His ability to connect with people at all levels enabled him to lead successfully over the years.
Over the years, Clarence has had the opportunity to guide and mentor many of his team members but in 2024 he began developing as a coach and is currently credentialled by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC™). With his experience leading diverse teams within SE Asia and Asia Pacific, his passion for developing people and/or leaders continues to be his priority. Clarence is also a volunteer mentor with the NUS/NUSS Mentorship Program for several years, where he helps to mentor senior students prior to them entering the workforce. Clarence is a firm but empathetic leader which is what you can expect from him in his role as a coach. He brings a curious and empathetic approach, empowering clients to find solutions through active listening and guided exploration. His easy-going and authentic nature makes him very approachable and easy to engage with.

Con Lorenzo is a licensed Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner from NLP Worldwide, Sydney, Australia, with a strong academic foundation in psychology. She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines, a Master's in Clinical Psychology (Cd) from De La Salle University, and a certification of Business Coaching from Singapore Management University.
With over 10 years of experience in training and consultancy, Con is dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations. In 2020, she founded Optima Training and Consultancy to help professionals in industries like Real Estate, BPOs, production, government, and academia achieve their goals and enhance performance. Her work focuses on overcoming challenges, developing leadership skills, and fostering sustainable success. Con is known for her empathetic and results-driven approach. She inspires and motivates teams while ensuring long-term goals are met. Combining strategic insight with actionable coaching, she creates a supportive environment where individuals are encouraged to grow. Her holistic approach integrates personal development, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking, helping clients make meaningful, lasting changes.
